Hearthsong Online Order Review

The worst experience ever and they don't answer my emails! I was overcharged, not told that one item was out of stock until I called and then they charged $18.99 for expedited shipping when the error was theirs! Also, they send bogus reward certificates which are not usable!

Cabin Chair Review

Yesterday I had a complaint about hearthsong not notifying me about an item being shipped after Christmas. However, today I received a call from Denise telling me my item will arrive Thursday and they refunded my shipping charges as well as the cost of the product. Kudos to them. They have restored my faith in their company!!
