Yesterday I had a complaint about hearthsong not notifying me about an item being shipped after Christmas. However, today I received a call from Denise telling me my item will arrive Thursday and they refunded my shipping charges as well as the cost of the product. Kudos to them. They have restored my faith in their company!!
